We invest across hospitality and leisure assets such as boutique and destination-level properties, commercial real estate including office and mixed-use repositioning as well as logistics and light industrial, and select special situations involving capital-constrained owners, forced sales and off-market transactions. Value is created through brown-to-green repositioning, tenant diversification, operational performance optimisation, and energy- and sustainability-led upgrades, delivering income resilience, inflation-linked cash flows and cycle-agnostic value creation with clear optionality for refinancing or sale. Real estate is treated as a capital allocation and execution play — not a yield teaser — with returns driven by operational leverage and disciplined repositioning rather than market beta.
